Cardiff Sho-Bu-Kan Aikido will be hosting a weekend course conducted by Holland Shihan chief instructor of the Scottish Aikido Federation.

DATES - November 23 - 24. (there will be an evening meal on Saturday, details below).

PRACTICE TIMES - Saturday - 2pm - 5pm, Sunday - 10:30am - 1:30pm (with breaks).

LOCATION - Sully Dojo Beechwood College Lane, Hayes Road, Sully, Vale of Glamorgan, CF64 5SE.

PRICES - Whole weekend £30, Daily £20, concessions are available.

EVENING MEAL DEATILS:

Evening buffet meal will be held at the Rhiwbina Juboraj Restaurant 11 Heol-Y-Deri Cardiff CF14 6HG from 7:30pm on Saturday Night - £15.00 per person.
